Linda Dell Penman started studying pipes in June, 2005. Her Penman name has been proudly traced directly to Scotland. Linda held a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and was a counselor with the TDCJ prison school system. She played solo at many funerals and weddings, and for the Middleton Prison Fallen Officers Ceremony every year.  She also performed with the Abilene Pipers at Midnight Rodeo, several Erinshire Folk Festivals, parades, Burns Suppers and various benefits. We miss you Linda.
